The Institute of Public Administration is committed to developing the public and private sectors and individuals in support of sustainable development plans by providing learning and training, consultancy services, scientific research, assessment, personal coaching, and strategic communication activities, in alignment with the Economic Vision of the Kingdom of Bahrain 2030.
Quality performance is one of the fundamental pillars that reflects the features of our organizational culture. It is a personal responsibility of all Institute of Public Administration employees to maintain quality performance across all directorates and activities at the highest standards. Therefore, the following objectives must be achieved:
- Define appropriate quality objectives at the relevant levels and functions of the Institute to achieve the required compliance process in line with our policy, through proper planning, periodic review, optimal analysis, and the use of corrective actions, in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
- Continuously improve the training programs, consultancy and research services, assessment services, and coaching services provided by the Institute.
- Commit to implementing the Institute's strategic objectives.
- Promote an improved work environment for all Institute employees by providing modern training frameworks and contemporary tools that enable them to meet customer needs efficiently.
- Meet or exceed customers' expected direct and indirect needs by providing high-quality services in the desired manner and at the right time.
- Meet or exceed the desired quality level in line with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements, relevant interested-party requirements, and professional codes of conduct as they apply to the activities.
- Promote risk-based thinking by identifying risks and opportunities to ensure the achievement of intended results and to prevent or reduce undesired effects.
- Embed quality concepts, maintain commitment to continual improvement, and communicate effectively to achieve our objectives and goals across all Institute employees.
- Set, implement, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators to achieve the highest level of quality by taking corrective measures in a timely manner.
