Coaching Services

Through its Assessment and Coaching services, the Institute of Public Administration seeks to create integration in the development of government performance by developing government leaders and individuals through a methodology based on measuring personal skills, identifying strengths and areas for improvement, and investing in and developing them through coaching to enhance administrative and leadership skills.

It also works to develop institutional performance by supporting recruitment decisions and nominations for senior leadership positions in the Kingdom through job matching services, in addition to providing services that measure the impact and return of training and government projects in order to develop the training services and projects offered to the public and private sectors.

Coaching Services

Individual Coaching Sessions

A session between the coach and the beneficiary to stimulate ideas and activate energy, leading to the enhancement of personal and professional potential to its highest levels. The session aims to clarify the beneficiary's vision, help them reach their goals, and connect those goals with the objectives and vision of the institution where they work.

Team Coaching

Team coaching is a modern coaching method that provides coaching sessions for all team members at the same time, with the aim of improving team performance, achieving harmony, and developing capabilities in a collaborative and coordinated way.

Mentoring
