National Leadership Development Program

The National Leadership Development Program is a series of leadership programs approved by the Civil Service Council in the Kingdom of Bahrain as a unified national policy and strategy for training in the government sector. The program is designed to build a government system that follows an administrative approach where every employee is considered a leader at their job level.

The program delivers strategic objectives across the government sector:

• Developing the government work system and driving development and prosperity in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
• Enhancing the capabilities and skills of government sector leaders.
• Creating a culture of change and innovation to raise performance in the public sector.

How to enroll in the program

The Institute of Public Administration receives nomination requests from training officers and authorized representatives in government entities through the Institute's registration system (TMS) on the Institute's website.
